"Living Life with Passion and Purpose"
Passionate, fearless, and faithful. It doesn’t matter where you’ve been, it doesn’t matter who you are, the only thing keeping you from being a fully devoted follower of Christ is you. Every man involved is a work in progress. None of us have arrived, and we know we can’t make it alone. That’s why this ministry exists: to develop men into fully devoted followers of Christ.
Covenant is committed to developing men as disciples of Jesus Christ; men called to
- live in Christ
- equipped to live like Christ
- sent to live for Christ
If you’re tired of going it alone and looking for a group of men to join you on the journey, then Covenant Men is the place for you!

As a part of Mission's week, we are blessed to have Sammy Murimi, founder and executive director of Share International, as our guest speaker. Sammy is a native Kenyan (now residing in Lubbock, Texas) who was called 25 years ago to go to the remote area of his native country to "share the Gospel and our very lives" with the nomadic people of Turkana county. He has led over 20 teams of Americans on short-term mission trips to Turkana (a large team from Covenant went in July 2017) and is committed to making fully devoted followers of Christ there.
Sammy will share with Covenant Men about the people of Turkana and how we minister, in particular, to the men there. He will also share how we are partnering with Big Life in rolling out a discipleship model that accelerates the "making of disciples who make disciples who make disciples" across the vast region of Turkana. Several men from Covenant will share their experiences from last summer's trip and the impact it has had on their lives. We will also have small group time where we take some of the Big Life techniques and principles (as used in Turkana and elsewhere) to enable you to share the Gospel with your family, community, and world. It will be an exciting and inspiring time for you. Please plan to attend.
Featuring, Bill Pollard, former CEO of Servicemaster, one of the largest and most respected service companies in the world, will speak to Covenant Men on the topic of "The Awesome Responsibilities of Leadership."
A full breakfast will be offered. No charge for the event; however, a freewill offering will be taken.
