The Kenya GO Team: Pastor Trent Casto, Pastor Bob Petterson, Marilyn & Bill Mitchell, Gail Deary, Wanda Garcia, Mary Ann Lee, John & Jennie Poole, Martha Scott, Doug Neve, & Delores, Bill & Emma Grace Burgess The GO Missions: Share International, Big Life, ECHO & Care for Aids About This Short Term Mission: Share International (shareint.net) exists to share the gospel in Turkana, a remote region of Kenya, through recruiting, training, funding, and sending indigenous church planters. To date, Share has planted almost 300 churches and has reached almost 40% of the population. For this particular short term mission, Share International has proactively collaborated with three other Covenant supported missions: Big Life (big.life): Discipleship training for 100 pastors; ECHO (echonet.org): Training in agricultural practices; Care for Aids (careforaids.org): Expanding ministry to Turkana. |
