We have two nurseries to serve you during the worship services and activities. Our Infant nursery is for ages birth-walking, and our toddler nursery serves children from walking until the age of three. These are located on the east side of the Fellowship Hallway (through the breezeway). Our nursery workers have been trained in childcare and have also been screened very carefully. Your childs safety and well-being are our first priority. We also have volunteers from our church body that serve on a rotating basis.
Upon arrival, please fill out the sign-in sheet and identification sticker. You will be given the second half of the sticker to use during the pick up of your child. You will also be given a silent pager for notification in case of need or emergency. Please label your childs belongings with the childs name and phone number (diaper bags, sippies, bottles, etc). During pick up, please present your sticker to a nursery worker so that he or she may correctly identify your child. Only a parent or adult with the sticker may pick up a child from the nursery. This process guarantees your childs safety.
About halfway through the worship service, snacks will be provided in the toddler nursery. This snack consists of whole wheat saltines or goldfish and juice. If your child has an allergy, please notify one of the nursery workers. Snacks are not given to the children in the Infant nursery unless directed by and supplied by the parents.
We believe that children should be taught from birth, and so your child will be given opportunities to hear about God, Jesus, and the Bible while in the nursery. We also have a variety of educational toys and supervised activities available for the children.
