Judy works in Congregational Care, reaching out in mercy to our Covenant family and to those in need in the local community. Judy serves as the primary touch point for the Covenant Prayer email. She also assists with hospital visitation, rehab, and long-term care visitation, Mercy Meal Ministry, Stephen Ministry and senior singles group. In addition, she helps with all Covenant Deacons initiatives as well as the Stephen Ministry and Griefshare.
Peggy coordinates the Covenant congregation database and assists Dr. Brent Whitefield, Mobilization Director, as he works to develop and oversee Covenant's opportunities to serve within Covenant and mobilize into the community and world as disciplemakers. Peggy also serves as the Covenant librarian. You can find her in the Covenant Library almost every Sunday. Peggy is a “detail person” who enjoys meeting people.
Aaron serves Covenant Church as the connection point for the congregation and visitors into the life of the church. He facilitates connecting serve opportunities with volunteers and oversees the Intro to Covenant classes for potential new members. He also helps recruit volunteers and organize lay ministry events. Aaron also coordinates our College and Young Adult Small Groups.
He is currently pursuing his Masters of Divinity through Reformed Theological Seminary, Orlando.
Cindy serves as an administrative assistant in Counseling Ministry. Her responsibilities include database management and ensuring the office runs smoothly (ordering resources/supplies, processing payments, appointments, etc.). Cindy is the primary pipeline for Counseling Center communication and coordination with clients, staff members, lay leaders, etc. With the sensitive nature of the Counseling Mniistry. Those seeking counseling can be assured that everything is done with sensitivity in a professional and confidential manner.
Dave’s role as the Technology Director is to equip the church with technology to support and enhance each ministry in the context of developing and deploying fully devoted followers of Christ. Technology is a tool that can either be a distraction or create efficiencies. The key to Dave’s strategy is to identify, implement and execute the right tools.
Elisa serves alongside the Covenant Student Director to develop and deploy fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ with Covenant Students. It is her job to display and model the love of Jesus to students in order to draw them to Him, which she seeks to do in all aspects of her work: planning events and activities, preparing lessons, leading worship, spending one-on-one time with girls after school, and being present in students’ lives. Her job is both to invite students into the world of the church and to enter into their individual worlds, all for the purpose of bringing the gospel to impact their lives.
John serves the ministry and pastoral staff so as to take as much administrative and operational burden off of them as possible in order to maximize the pursuit of their respective ministerial duties and pastoral call.
He also serves in an oversight role, managing the budget and other finances of the church. He facilitates resource decisions as necessary between ministries according to the current direction and resource availability of the church.
John supervises and directs the administrative staff such that the operational aspects of delivering the ministry of the church are accomplished in a timely and effective manner. This includes insuring that all fiduciary duties of the church are performed with excellence, all facilities are maintained efficiently and effectively, and all needs required of the ministry staff are evaluated and executed.
As Covenant's Media Coordinator, Mona provides administrative, design and other support as needed to the Covenant Communications Team by contributing to the development and dissemination of high quality media and materials, safeguarding style and branding compliance, and supporting Covenant’s communication strategy as needed to ensure that the mission, vision and core values of Covenant Church of Naples are accurately and cohesively communicated to the congregation, the community, and the world.
Sherry oversees Covenant Children's ministry from infants to 5th grade, and is passionate about partnering with parents to teach children about the gospel from an early age, and includes multiple learning opportunities where trained and passionate teachers disciple children in the knowledge of Scripture.
Children also learn about faith by doing, and through serving at Covenant and in the community, children learn how to be the hands and feet of Jesus to others. To encourage and teach children how to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ, Sherry resources parents with devotional and study tools to be used at home.
Bethel serves in the Administration Office at Covenant and is often the first point of contact for many visitors during the week. Her warm, welcoming personality embraces the Covenant vision of the loving family. Bethel is involved in many aspects of Covenant administration, including reception work, general communications, and print development and production. With close attention to detail, she assists a broad range of ministries and staff, including Administrative Staff, Ministry Teams, and lay-lead ministry leaders within the church with administrative needs.
In the role of Business and Facilities Director, Harriette is often referred to as the “super glue” in the Administrative Offices and around the Covenant campus as she works diligently to serve the Lord and His Church through her broad experiences in management and finance. As she faithfully stewards the many resources at Covenant, she works closely with the Executive Director and Covenant ministries in the areas of finance, accounting, and banking as well as office operations and support, contract management, personnel management and facility management.
Marsha is responsible for the development, maintenance, and content of the website as well as the engagement of the public through social media and other mainstream outlets by contributing to the development and dissemination of high-quality web media and materials, safeguarding style and brand compliance, and supporting Covenant’s communication strategy as needed to ensure that the mission, vision and core values of Covenant Church of Naples are accurately and cohesively communicated to the public. She also serves as the liaison to the Go Team, organizing and coordinating the communication to the Go Team as well as the content for Mission Moments on Sunday mornings.
As the director of Covenant Counseling Center, Charlene provides and oversees pre-emptive care and counseling for those desiring support during times of pain, crisis, or life adjustment. Her God-given passion is to guide and encourage those seeking personal/spiritual growth towards healing and wholeness.
Brett serves as the Covenant Student Director. According to him, it’s the best job in the church. His desire is that students and families would have a genuine love for God, a desire to grow in grace, and a heart to impact the world through the power of the gospel and guidance of the Holy Spirit. This is carried out through weekly student ministry programs, planning events, retreats, school visits, and one on one discipleship. Other responsibilities include shepherding, organizing, and overseeing high school and middle school ministries.
Ryan leads the volunteer-based Production Ministry at Covenant, serving the Sunday worship services, Through the Bible and all other special events across campus. With a desire to lead others to authentic worship, Ryan and his team help facilitate an encounter with God in an atmosphere of captivating worship by using passion with excellence to create transformative moments. Ryan is also a gifted vocalist and instrumentalist.
A few of his responsibilities include recruiting, training and encouraging a large team of technically proficient volunteers, as well as preparing content for worship services and special events in all areas of the campus. He is responsible for maintaining and procuring audio and visual technology across the campus.
